Is it possible to mount 2 monitors in such a way that the arms are practically against the wall (i.e. the monitor is as close to the wall as possible) and at the same time there is no distance between the monitors? So far I have only seen examples where the arms have to be moved relatively far forwards for this to work (in principle, IMO there is no joint for this to work without problems). Or am I wrong? I would mount 2 27" or 2 32" monitors.
The edge of the table is about 8cm away from the wall so that the gripper arms have room at the back and the screens are next to each other.
I would say it works. Even with 2 32". It depends on what you mean by relatively far forwards. You just have to bear in mind that the arms need their space. Towards the back. So the monitors won't stick to the wall. With 2 32", the space between the wall and the monitor is then taken up by the arms. Should be max. 30cm on the outside of the monitor and maybe max. 15cm on the inside. Depends on the angle at which you want them. I wouldn't describe it as relatively strong. Maybe some people don't understand that you have to/can turn the arms backwards.
With 2x 32" I would doubt that it will work. I have a 32" and 27" and it's quite tight. I would rather use one or two wall mounts.
