Is it possible to limit the playback timer of the CMT-SX7B, e.g. Monday to Friday? Or does it then wake me up at 6 o'clock on Sunday morning? :-)

Oh no, the so-called timer is a simple sleep timer that can be set in 10min steps up to 90min so that the system then switches off.

I don't have this device myself, but the user manual (available from Sony on the Internet) describes exactly how to set the alarm time by hours and minutes, but nothing about days or weekdays. So it can be assumed that this unit will probably wake you up on Sunday as well, or you will have to switch the alarm off (not on) beforehand.
