Is it possible to install Play RTS, Play SFR, ... on the Neo U9?

You have a normal Android system running on the Neo U9 so you have access to the normal Play store with which you can install any application available.
So you should be able to install Play RTS and Play SFR.

By default, the interface is just a bit different (icon and button) but you can choose to use the classic android interface in the settings.
