Is it possible to geolocate this device from another device (smartphone or computer) using Google map, for example?

No you can't since it doesn't have Android but KaiOS, which is a Chinese operating system. Also for your information, WhatsApp has been discontinued two months ago on this phone. And it's possible that Google will stop supporting Google Maps altogether in the near future so if you're getting this phone for those two feature I reccomend not getting it.
