Question about Corsair Lighting Node Pro
Is it possible to connect these LED strips via an external USB port? Are any adapters necessary for this? Best thanks

Theoretically it is possible. However, you will get a USB2 header to Mini USB with the delivery.
Since you need a SATA power for the current, I advise you to use a USB2 header, because otherwise you have to lead the USB from the outside into the case...
