Yes, it is possible to connect Apple AirPods to the TV via Bluetooth. You need to set the AirPods to Bluetooth pairing mode (press and hold the button on the case until the LED flashes white) and then select and connect the AirPods in the TV menu under Settings > Sound > Bluetooth speaker list. You can then listen to the TV sound via the AirPods.
Regarding the Bluewin app: The TV does not support direct installation or access to the Bluewin app. Samsung Smart TVs from 2018 like this one usually do not have a Bluewin app in the App Store. You can only transfer Bluewin content to the TV via external devices (e.g. smartphone, tablet or streaming box), not directly via the TV itself.
