Is it possible to connect an AUX cable (to the radio) and also a USB cable (for charging) to the cigarette lighter adapter or is the charging cable permanently connected?

It is only possible to connect Alexa devices to the car radio via the adapter and an AUX cable. Unfortunately, this is not possible with this DriveSmart 66.
