Question about Teufel Kombo 62

All devices that have a Toslink or Cinch output can be connected to the receiver, e.g. Toslink cable item 12344616 or Cinch cable item 12344620.

This should be possible.
Toslink is available as an optical input.
Newer (Smart) TV sets also have one.
