The date on the smartwatch cannot be changed directly to an EU format. The time and date are usually synchronised automatically via the paired Huawei mobile, which specifies the region and date format. To change the date format, you must therefore adjust the region settings and the date format on the connected Huawei smartphone. There you can change the region under Settings > System & updates > Language and region, which affects the date format. The smartwatch automatically adopts these settings.
