Question about Synology DS923+
Is it possible to buy this device without RAM, so that I can install 2x 16GB right away? Otherwise I would have to hang the built-in 4GB on the wall :-(

Unfortunately no, as 4GB RAM it is the default RAM configuration supplied by the manufacturer / supplier and we have no way of ordering a unit without RAM pre-installed.
Stupid, but OK. Thank you for the answer! Maybe you can sell them here? If someone wants to upgrade from 4 to 8?
