Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link for real-time tracking. In most cases, the delivery time or address can be changed via this link. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, you have up to 30 days to return the entire order or individual items. Each package includes a prepaid return label.

We process your return within 24 hours of the goods arriving at our warehouse. Returns are automatically refunded in the form of a voucher. Through our customer service, you can request that this credit be converted into a refund to your original payment method. After each purchase, you will receive free standard delivery for all orders over CHF 50 for 30 days. The shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
