Is it possible that the PoE output is not intended for UniFi AP-AC-Lite? I can't get them to work on the PoE outputs?

There is a new version of the AP AC-Lite that supports the 802.3 standard. This therefore also works with the switch.

Davefruehauf is only partially right. You can set the ports on the switch to passive PoE.

The switch supplies 48V, the AC Lite needs 24V passive.
Not compatible with 802.3 standards like this switch has.
