Question about Withings Steel HR
Is it possible that the battery needs to be changed after only 8 months? I can no longer charge the watch.
Unfortunately, I don't have any long-term experience. Mine has been running since August last year. I charge it about once a month and everything runs perfectly. But batteries can have their quirks. . .
So far I haven't had any problems. I've had mine for 9 months.
Charging has been working perfectly for me for 10 months. The last charging process was completed today. Try contacting the withings help centre. They can sometimes give good advice.
