all games on the Switch are usually played in the language that you have chosen as the system language, so English should be no problem. The name of the product is just "DE" because the text on the cover is in German :)
Actually no, skyrim comes in the language you buy it in, buy you can download a different language pack but that's another 6 gigs, skyrim is the only exception thou.
