Question about AMD Ryzen 5 5600G

I have installed this CPU in my son's PC. Runs stably with most games. However, Fortnite, for example, occasionally lagged at medium graphics settings. I have since installed a graphics card, as the integrated graphics of CPUs reach their limits with demanding games.
