Is Godox X2T-2 for Sony compatible with Sony HVL-F60RM flash unit or only with Godox flash units?

No. Only works with Godox flash units. For Sony flash units, the expensive original Sony radio trigger is required. If Godox, however, I would recommend the XPro-S.
