Is DDR4-4200 the only chip that is compatible? I can't believe it. Would DDR4-3000 RAM's not work?

The mainboard supports up to DDR4-4200, everything below DDR4 is possible.
RAM configuration is mainly dependent on the processor.
What processor are you using?

I myself have installed folgenses on this board:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 (4, AM4, 3.20GHz)
RAM: G.Skill Aegis (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3000, DIMM 288)
