Question about Zyxel NWA1123-AC, ac866/n300

Is anyone else having problems configuring VLAN for a specific SSID? The area is greyed out for me, but I know it used to work. The AP has not received firmware updates for a long time, and the AP hangs regularly, it is now hardly usable after 4.5 years of use.
