Question about Singer Heavy Duty 6335M
In the description it says that the housing is made of metal...but in the pictures it looks more like plastic, is that a typo and the frame under the housing is meant?

it is all made of sturdy plastic, is certainly not the quality of the earlier machines. the works well.
Yes, the inside is mostly metal. But with the right needle it gets through multi-layered jeans and leather. It also has a more powerful motor than similar models from Singer.
