Question about be quiet! Silent Base 801 Window

In the back of the case there is a fan rail with 15-PIN SATA "power in" connector. Any clue how am I supposed to plug it into Asus Z390 Motherboard? There are only Serial ATA 7-PIN connectors.

it exist a fan conector cable that you need to plug in a free fan connector or in your cpu fan conector.
the 15 pin is for electricity supply, that the front top fan switch work
