In one of your comments you confirm that there is a 2nd battery with the Dyson V11 Absolute Extra Pro. Is this true? Is there also a floor platform? Is the plug suitable for Switzerland? I am disappointed to see contradictory comments...

According to the answer received from the supplier, the contents of the delivery are as follows:
- One combined accessory nozzle
- Crevice nozzle
- Torque-Drive floor nozzle
- Electric brush with soft roller
- Mini electric brush
- One extra hard brush
- Extra soft brush
- Dyson V11 floor dock
- Accessory holder for vacuum tube,
- 2 batteries
- Charger

Regarding the plug, I learned that it is for the EU market, so the adapter should look like this (Europlug). This means that it can be connected to Swiss sockets without an adapter.
