Although both models can be used as mop vacuums, the H14 Pro offers higher suction power, a higher water temperature and a longer runtime compared to the H14 Dual.
If you use the H14 Dual as a mopping vacuum cleaner, its performance does not match that of the H14 Pro.
I highly believe it is equivalent to the Pro version of H14. It has the same specs as the pro: LED leds, self-propelling wheels (compare the wheels on the pro vs non-pro pictures). I also found a manual only of the dual, and it exactly have the same specs as the pro version.
