If you don't receive an e-mail according to the manual / instructions (https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/6/9/7/6/2/7/1/160727_dig_ESD-Anleitung_A4.pdf) from "yoursoftware@activate-here.com" can this be requested again in the customer portal (Self ~ Selfservces ...) or does it have to be done by Digitec customer service? Unfortunately I didn't see anything in the customer portal... 🤓 Thanks for your feedback... :)
