If this Homepod ever arrives, it is moved to the customer account. That's not normal, just say it's no longer available. It can't be. The supplier has always failed to deliver, of course.

Now that the Homepod has been officially discontinued by Apple and has a delivery time of ~2 months at Apple, I think it will also take a long time or even be cancelled.
