If there's a problem with the robot, is there an after-sales service? Where do you buy spare parts?

I paid CHF 1,280 back then - at CHF 770, the price is now really top. I'm very happy with the device.

I've had the robot for just under a year. I'm really happy with it, because it manages my very winding garden without any problems and it also overcomes slopes without any trouble. The cutting results look very neat and you can also have them alternate automatically (0°-45°-90°-135°). The blade holder is practical, as no tools are required for replacement, but it should be cleaned weekly to ensure that the blades can move freely. This is at best a minor disadvantage of this design.
I haven't needed customer service yet, so I can't give an answer, but there is a shop for spare parts directly in the Dreame CH shop: https://ch.dreametech.com/collection...
