If it says rain resistant, there shouldn't be a problem if you take the watch into the shower with you after sport????

I always shower with the Fitbit... If only for hygienic reasons. So far it still works without any problems... :-)
I also always take it off because the instructions say to take it off for showering.
I always take them off... Some people resist "ankle cuffs", others don't want to take them off at all... I always just wash the band with soap
