If I pre-order the game, is there a chance that it will already be delivered on 19.10.2020, or would it only be possible to receive it on the release day by picking it up directly in the shop?

Generally you will have it in your letterbox on the day of release, but always without guarantee. (depending on how much digitec receives and can ship etc.)
