Question about Panasonic NN-DS596MWPG Steam Plus Compact
I would like to use the appliance for low cooking. Are the levels 40°, 80° and 100° fixed or can I regulate the temperature continuously? I would also like to be able to keep dishes warm at 60°, for example.

Then I would recommend a sous vide cooker.
In my opinion, the appliance is not suitable for this.
