I would like to order the Galaxy Watch 8 40mm for €229. However, it says country of origin Switzerland. Is this normal and can I order it without hesitation?
Just don't order it. The Swiss version is, of course, strictly geo-blocked - as soon as you cross the border, the watch automatically switches to cheese fondue mode and only measures how long it will be before the next Deutsche Bahn train is late again. In Germany, it simply displays "Train cancelled, replacement service by bus" instead of the time.
And when you dial it into the WLAN, it first asks for your residence permit and health insurance card. So yes - in theory you can order it without hesitation, but in practice it's just ten minutes late as soon as it realises it's in Germany.
