Accepted Answer

You can rotate the brackets freely, they are just clamped to the rod.
The brackets themselves also have joints that can turn about ± 90° (not quite).
Be wary of the maximum weight of one screen, I tried attaching a screen that was way too heavy, but for normal screens like specified it should work just fine.
