Question about Xplora X5 Play
I would like to give my granddaughter a child-friendly smartwatch (top limit CHF 150) for Christmas and have some questions: -> Does it necessarily need LTE (eSIM/microSIM) for the location query by the parents or does it work with the GPS function and installed Watch app? -> Can BOTH parents use the GPS/Watch app function? -> Which smartwatch would you recommend for this purpose (it should also be waterproof)? Thanks for good tips!

- Yes, it needs an eSIM (currently there is a great offer from Sunrise for 5.-/month for all inclusive in CH).
- Both parents can use the app separately.
- The Xplora actually meets your criteria exactly. Alternatively, there is of course the Apple Watch, which is not really a children's watch.
