I would like to give music to my sister in Germany. She has iTunes. In Switzerland, I have always bought a CHF 50 card so far. How does this go to DE?

Hi. You cannot redeem the Apple Gift Cards or App Store & iTunes Gift Cards outside of the country or region of purchase.
