I would like to cool a 51 x 21.5 cm tray, if I remove the drawers will it fit?

No, it doesn't fit - it's definitely too big.

No 51 cm does not fit in, up to approx. 47 cm depth is possible. 51 cm is also too long for the top compartment (no drawer, only flap). Too bad because it is a top TK.
