I would like to buy this scooter and have it collected by a friend near the Swiss border. I would like to have it delivered in Carouge at the MParc La Praille pickup point Avenue Vibert 32 1227 Carouge GE. If I pay on the website with my credit card, will the person who picks up the scooter be able to collect it without difficulty? Or does he need a power of attorney? Can the digitec warranty be applied in France for the ninebot product? And are there any additional taxes?
