I would like to buy a Geforce RTX3070 and need a new power supply for it, can you connect it to it it needs a 1x 8 pin PCIe and 1x 6 pin PCIe?

Yes, you can. 1000 watts is still a bit much, unless you're overclocking a Threadripper :)
