Question about Philips 65OLED805 Ambilight

I wonder if sometimes the right side of your TV flashes white (the LEDs). It's special and I don't know if it's normal. When I put in Ambilight mode, follow video, standard. The only time it doesn't blink is in Lounge light mode where the leds are red, blue or green.
