I wanted to be sure that the Xmas cash back was available if we order from your website. Can I get a confirmation?

I tried getting the cash back. It did not work. I have sent them an email. It seems to be too much hassle for CHF 20. You need to cut the bar code, spend some time filling up the form, then take a print out, attach the bar code on the form and post it. Wait 1.5 months and it still does not work. Now, I will need to spend time figuring it out.

for me it worked. as the gentlemen above wrote you have to cut the bar code from the packaging and send it to the specified address along with the invoice. i received a confirmation email stating the cash back will be issued. currently waiting for the amount showing up on my account.
