Receiver (Monitor Out) to TV (Hdmi 2 ARC), and all your sound sources (broadcast devices) to receiver.
Important, so that you don't lose quality: the receiver should support 4K (HDR, if some sources are HDR, e.g. PS4). If not, connect directly to a TV that is 4K/HDR, but then you can't use ARC for all sources.
If everything is compatible: Activate ARC in TV and also activate Hdmi CEC / ARC in receiver.
