I use with S10+ phone, and strange it is not able to answer call, it asks me to answer via phone always, also there is blue dot on upper area and can't rid of it unless I reboot the watch, my old Samsung Galaxy Watch doesn't have this issue,

I contacted Samsung customer service and no luck,

Anyone faces a similar issue ?

It could be an issue from an update (watch or phone) or factory default. If the problem persist please contact customer service.
