I rode my newly acquired VMAX (500W) for a total of 60 km. On a slight incline, the device blocked. Despite a full battery, nothing happens anymore. - What can I do? Is there a fuse?

The electronics were replaced in Rothrist. The staff is very nice.
For me, the only annoyance was the total distance of 180 km.
