i received this item with euro plug AND additional cable. this additional cable i have no idea where to plug, as original cable is not interchangeable. the item is described as coming with swiss plug.

I was provided with the small permanent adapter straight away... I think you should try contact Galaxus.

I had the exact same issue. I am forced to use it with a big “adaptateur”, which is very inconvenient. If Galaxus could provide us the small adaptateur as promised, would be great.
