I received the keyboard yesterday and tested it. Everything worked fine until today, the keyboard no longer connects automatically and cannot be used. I have also switched the iPad on and off and done a software update, but all to no avail. What else can I do?
Since the iOS 13 update, I have to disconnect the keyboard briefly and then dock it again.
