I received the appliance with a very short cable with a Schuko plug, without an adapter for the CH. My question: Can I use a notebook power cable Switzerland T12 to C5?

Yes, I did that too.
Galaxus will be happy to supply you with an adapter if you ask. They have to and even if they don't, it's just good business. But I've also used a "third-party cable" because I didn't pack the cable and the hut is still standing.
