Question about Ecovacs W2 Pro Omni
I read in various forums that it is possible to use the Winbot W2 Omni Pro on horizontal surfaces (e.g. conservatory roof) if you control it manually via the app. However, when placing it on the conservatory roof, the message "... is in error state". What should I do?

I can't answer your question either, as I only use the device on windows. It works well there.

We also only use the device on vertical surfaces
I can't answer this question because I only use the device on vertical, i.e. not sloping surfaces. Sorry.
