Question about Samsung QE75Q60R

I read everywhere about the Atmos soundbar. Do I also need a TV that can output Atmos? And is the Samsung QE75Q60R suitable for this or is an Atmos soundbar of no use with this TV? Thanks for some feedback. I don't know enough about it :)
