I purchased the Arlo Cam from you, however the 16 digit Arlo Smart Service Code is not noted anywhere? According to the Arlo website, it should be visible on the proof of purchase, which is not the case for me?

Each Arlo Ultra kit comes with a one-year trial of Arlo Smart, which is automatically activated once you set up the device in the Arlo app. If this Arlo Smart trial is not active on your Arlo account, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
