I ordered the card 1 month ago and it didn't come. I got a 100CHF voucher as a gift and ordered a card that didn't come and I have 70CHF left. I want my 30CHF back or cancel the order. 😅

The card is not delivered to you, you can find the code in your profile under gift cards. You can only get them online. The same thing happened to me xD
