Question about Nintendo eShop

I ordered and paid for the Nintendo E-Shop card last night. The status says in stock. I didn't get the code and I didn't get a link. I looked in my spam folder and there is nothing there either. I also looked under gift cards and it says it can take up to 24 hours for gift cards to show up. Half a year ago I had the same problem and had to cancel the order because after 200 hours there was still no code. What can I do now?
