I only want to measure values in my flat in different rooms. This item consists of 1x outdoor and 1x indoor module. Can I just use both modules inside and measure temperature, humidity and air quality?

The outdoor module only displays temperature, humidity and the dew point. So the air quality would be missing if you use the outdoor module indoors.
