Question about Samsung Gear S3 Classic

I only have a black display. When I select a dial, the text appears: "Dial cannot be loaded" but the connection is OK. No dial works any more. Please ask for help.

Hello Doeni68. Can you still operate the other apps? Can you still access the settings? Then I would try a master reset: https://www.youtube.com/watch
Otherwise, I would ask the manufacturer or send in the product.
